MK service area: Research
Dobwalls Adventure Park commissioned MK Associates to design and implement a market research program that would establish the commercial potential of their business diversification project.
To do this we developed a market research framework and subsequently collected and collated a combination of desk and field research. We then analysed and evaluated the findings, which enabled us to identify commercial potential.
Based on findings a report was produced which included recommendations to enhance the prospective project. Dobwalls Adventure Park has used the report findings in their presentations to various financial and planning bodies to prove the project's feasibility.
