MK Associates worked with Falmouth Restaurants Ltd, a successful restaurant, to develop a business model that would result in increased turnover.
MK primarily investigated the existing business before conducting local research to establish the market potential. Subsequently, recommendations were made that have contributed to increased turnover. At present, turnover is increasing in excess of 18 percent year on year.
Due to the success of this project, MK and Harbour Lights now work together on a monthly basis to support the future growth of the business.
